I started off with Lisa in July 2015 and I've never looked back. Being in New Image Fitness is much more than working out. I've learnt the difference between carbs, fats and protein I am gaining insight & understanding on how to feed myself in a much better way for my nutritional needs. I love the results I get from being in the gym and the personalised program/experiences for each and every one of us is unique (except for step ups we all have to do them). Every week Lisa has a sit down with her clients and goes through everything to see how your week has gone and what you feel helped and didn't help. I think this a great way to keep motivation going. The whole team are amazing and always there to help and make you feel at ease in the classes. It is great to be around women, we confess what we've been up to and bounce ideas off each other to help keep one another going. I can honestly say I never dread the gym and look forward to furthering my new image journey.

I joined Lisa’s small group training in January 2016. My initial reason for joining was to get fit and tone up. I never imagined how strong I would become, not only in my body but in my mind-set . There are no fad diets just good nutritional eating involved. Encouragement and belief from Lisa and her team of lady trainers has made me confident in reaching my goals plus more than I ever imagined. I never thought I’d find a trainer, facility and such a nice crowd of lady clients that I want to be part of and stay part of, all the while being fit and strong. CLAIRE KAVANAGH
I was a little cautious of joining any gyms or new fitness classes because I had a bike accident 3 years previous and I was suffering with chronic pain. Prior to my accident, I was running regularly, horse riding, going to the gym (when I felt like it!) and doing boot camp classes. Basically, I could do whatever sport I wanted without thinking of the repercussions. However, after my accident I had to be careful with any form of exercise I approached. I never did much weight training before and I suppose my thoughts on it were of body builders and bulky muscles. How my view changed For me, New Image Fitness brought the love I had for fitness prior to my accident back but without pain and it helped me heal by encouraging me to build muscle. It altered my views on weight lifting and made me realise that going up in weight can give you a more voluptuous figure. I didn’t drastically change my diet but became more aware of what I was putting in my body to the extent that I suffered with very bad IBS before I joined New Image and my IBS subsided once I knew what my body did and didn’t react too. New Image Fitness is a place I can’t recommend enough, I started out to do a month and a year later I am still training with Lisa and the team. I also joined because I was getting married and wanted to tone up. Boy did that happen and I got my abs back that I had seen in my twenties. I am married now and I still go every week to the surprise of my husband! This place allows you (i) to become more confident about your body each week, (ii) share your highs and lows of training, diet change and life in general, (iii) increases your fitness levels, (iv) have a laugh, and (v) and most importantly feel great about yourself.
DERVLA BOLAND
Ive tried everything Weight Watchers , Slimming World, even stupid The Aloe Vera detoxes amongst other fad diets, but nothing worked cause that's all they were was "fads " and I always thought that lifting heavy weights would make me bigger , or manly looking - WRONG. I love it . Since starting at new image I've not only lost weight but inches and over 10% body fat as well. Lisa has helped with my diet so much and I'm still learning without starving myself or doing juice diets.
HEATHER CROWE
As a full-time working mum of three young children I desperately needed some one on one support and motivation to help me get back to fitness. I am encouraged not only by the trainers but the girls I train with. The hour is done and I’ve completed so much from squatting, hanging from the bar, step ups, chest press and a whole lot more. Then to finish off with a 10 or 15 HIT and I feel sweaty but great. New image fitness has been a fantastic find with nothing but friendly, positive, support and training.

I was Lisa's very first client in April 2015 and I am still alive to tell the tale... I can't recommend Lisa and the girls enough to people, mainly for the very reason they genuinely care about your progress and results. They are determined for you to get the results you want and let's say they aren't overly happy if you start to lose focus or self-determination, which is exactly why I'm still here. Lisa and the girls trained me throughout my whole pregnancy, right up until it was possible, I had pubis symphysis dysfunction and the girls adapted all the exercises to this without hesitation. Once I had my baby I was back to training in no time with a strict diet and training 3 times a week, I was right back to my pre baby weight and shape before I knew it.
