The semi-private training sessions are the most popular, this is because it allows a greater interaction between the clients and trainer. Due to the fact that generally everyone within the class has similar fitness goals, it’s a great motivational atmosphere for all too. With this in mind, we ensure not to include more than 4 clients in each session. The semi-private personal training sessions are really enjoyable as it combines the personalized attention of our trainers and also the fun of exercising in a group. This too has the same benefits of one to one training as it offers an initial consultation where we assess your goals, take progression photos and measurements. Again this progress is monitored on a weekly basis.

  • Consultation and current lifestyle assessment.
  • Group training with a max of 4 clients per class.
  • 3 1 x hour sessions per week.
  • Weekly body measurements, bodyfat % (skinfolds), girth measurements and weight taken.
  • Progression pictures taken every four weeks.
  • Personalised diet plans and on-going nutritional advice.
