One to One Personal Training

Attaining personal training on an individual basis is definitely helpful if you are willing to put in the effort to achieve your specific goals. The one-to-one sessions will let you have immediate access to a great deal of knowledge and experience under the direct guidance of our trainers. You can contact us anytime regarding any question you might have. During the initial consultation, we will be discussing your goals, taking progression pictures and measurements so that we can make the necessary arrangements and help you achieve those with ease. Your progress will be thoroughly monitored every week.

  • Consultation and current lifestyle assessment.
  • One to one training with one of our trainers.
  • One or Two 1 x hour sessions per week, depending on your goals.
  • Create a fitness plan that will specifically suit you.
  • Weekly body measurements, body-fat % (skinfolds), girth measurements and weight taken.
  • Progression pictures taken every four weeks.
  • Personalized diet plans and on-going nutritional advice.
